Joe Sullivan

Principal - Hawk-Eyed Legacy & Managing Partner - Sharpline Communities

Joe is a husband, father, believer, coach, and entrepreneur who is passionate about helping others and changing communities for the better! 

Joe spent 12 years in operations for a Facility Services company, and he has recently transitioned to a full-time multi-family investor. Joe brings years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies into his real estate investing career. In 2018 he started investing in duplexes in Kansas City where he started his real estate journey. Shortly after, he joined the Jake and Gino community and made the leap into Multifamily. Recently, he joined the MIH Mastermind Group and has been able to scale his business to 1,200+ units owned and self-managed in the Midwest.

Joe is a multifamily coach for the Jake and Gino community, which is where he started his multifamily education. He is passionate about giving back to the community that helped him get his start in multifamily investing.

Joe is co-host of “KC Multifamily and More”, which is a real-estate networking group. They host monthly virtual sessions to share his passion for real estate with others.

Joe found his passion for multifamily after his coach and now partner encouraged him to push past his limiting beliefs. His “why” is to leave a legacy for generations to come in his family and to allow him freedom for his family. Joe resides in Kansas City with his wife , Tonya, and their four daughters.

Marco Barbaro

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & INVESTOR RELATIONS

Marco heads all of Sharpline’s marketing efforts including social media, direct marketing and relationship building marketing. Marco also spearheads Sharpline’s investor relations by building strong relationships as a core value of Sharpline Equity.  Marco’s unique ability to build strong and lasting relationships comes from his vast experience across many business verticals.

Retired Chef, Investor and Coach

In 1996, Marco graduated from Fairfield University and turned down a job with GE Capital to go into the restaurant business with his brother Gino.  At the age of 23, he bought his first multifamily property, a 4-family in New York. 
In 2013, he began investing with his brother & Jake in Knoxville Tennessee, where they purchased their first twenty-five unit deal.  Since then, he has partnered with Jake & Gino, Sharpline Equity and on his own with over 2,500 units.  His Company MIH Realty Holdings now owns 18 Generational Wealth Properties & 11 Syndications a total of 29 properties.

Family & Multi Family

Marco exited the rat race on August 1st 2019 and started the MIH Mastermind to help coach students and joined the Sharpline Equity team full time to raise capital for all deals in contract.  In 2021 Marco raised for 8 deals,  each funded in one day and the last 2 deals were pre funded before the zoom call.     

Marco excels in networking, building teams and putting people in place to succeed.  He is a husband and the father of 3 beautiful girls. His family and multifamily are his two main focuses in life.

Yosef Lee,

LITIGATION ATTORNEY & AVID REAL ESTATE INVESTOR

Yosef is a successful litigation attorney and an avid real estate investor. Yosef specializes in multifamily assets and manages overall process of multifamily investments from sourcing competitive deals, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and structuring partnerships. While working as a busy litigation attorney, Yosef successfully acquired more than 560+ units across 7 multifamily assets as a syndicator/general partner, and he is actively involved in asset management. In MIH Realty Holdings, Yosef oversees legal due diligence, investor relations and strategic planning.   

Yosef is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, New Jersey, and Florida, and a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York. Yosef is a father of two beautiful girls, T and A. He loves arts, music and performance. Yosef is most passionate about networking, and sharing about life, purpose, family, vision, goals, relationship, self-development, motivation, business, planning and building systems. Oh.. and food and travel!
